This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and user agreement for access or usage of www.craftomania.in website.
User Agreement
This User Agreement contains rules and regulations, policies, terms & conditions and agreement applicable to any person who may access or use Craftomania, including any subdomains, webpages or extension of craftomania.in; you hereby agree and acknowledge to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement. The use of Craftomania and the services provided are subject to the rules and regulations, policies, notices, terms & conditions set forth in this User Agreement.
For the purposes of this User Agreement, ‘User’ and wherever the context may require ‘You’ shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of Craftomania by accessing or browsing the Website and/or has registered as a member of Craftomania by submitting identification information/ registration details using the computer system of Craftomania.
Amendment
Craftomania reserves the right to change this Website and/or alter the terms and conditions of this User Agreement at any time and retains the right to deny access to anyone who violates the provisions of this User Agreement.
Any changes will be notified on the Website, and continued usage of Craftomania will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
Definition
- Payment on Billing: Payment made through the Craftomania authorized Payment Gateway Facility
- Payment on Delivery: Payment collected at the time of delivery (cash only, limited cities)
- Delivery / Delivered: Physical delivery of items to the buyer at the address provided on Craftomania
- In Transit / Dispatched: Items shipped via logistics partner
- Information: User data including name, email, address, phone, and payment details
- Transaction: Valid purchase order placed on Craftomania
- Transaction Price: Total payable amount including taxes and charges
Registration and Communication
By registering on Craftomania, you agree to be contacted via Email/Chat/Phone for order and service-related communication.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Any issues arising due to incorrect information will not be the responsibility of Craftomania.
Seller Registration
To sell on Craftomania, users must register with the Craftomania authorized Payment Gateway and provide valid bank details.
Buyer Registration
No separate registration is required apart from being a user.
Electronic Communication
All communications from Craftomania will be electronic and considered legally valid.
Terms of Use
Craftomania acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
- Membership is currently free
- Sellers may be charged fees for listing, logistics, or additional services
- All fees are payable to Craftomania
Logistics Services
Sellers using Craftomania Logistics must comply with applicable policies and charges.
The Company may use third-party service providers for operations, logistics, and payment processing.
All user-generated content is the responsibility of the respective users.
User Obligations
Users agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
- Disrupt platform operations
Violation may lead to suspension or termination of access to Craftomania.
Disclaimer
Craftomania is only a platform facilitating transactions between users.
The Company is not responsible for:
- Product quality
- Delivery delays
- Payment disputes
- Seller performance
All transactions are strictly between buyers and sellers.
Services including Craftomania Logistics and payment systems are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties.
Use of Craftomania is at your own risk.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craftomania, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising due to your use of the platform or violation of terms.
General

This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the User and Craftomania.
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining terms shall remain enforceable.
