What is Craftomania’s Return Policy?

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  1. Product received in damaged / defective / broken condition
  2. Product is not as per description or images on the website

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Include all bills, tags, and packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests after 7 days may not be accepted

How to Raise a Dispute?

  • Order Number
  • Clear images of damaged/defective/wrong product

These images help us validate and resolve your issue quickly with the seller.


Option 2: Contact Seller Directly (Faster Resolution)

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on www.craftomania.in
  2. Go to “My Account”
  3. Select your order
  4. Click on “Raise Dispute”
  5. Enter details and upload images
  6. Click “Submit / Raise Dispute to Seller”

If you are not registered, create an account on the website or email us directly.


Resolution Timeline

  • Seller will respond within 3 business days
  • You will receive instructions for return or resolution
  • Use a trackable courier service for returning items
